1. Declaration of interests: John Scott will be invited to declare any relevant interests.

2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of Code of Conduct Rule Changes, Standing Order Rule Changes and its work programme should be taken in private at future meetings.

3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2020 [draft] and on the Representation of the People (Electoral Registers Publication Date) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 [draft] from—
