Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee

1. Declaration of interests: Oliver Mundell will be invited to declare any relevant interests.

2. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private.

3. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of Guidance on the Code of Conduct for MSPs and its legacy report should be taken in private at future meetings.

4. Public Appointments: The Committee will take evidence from-
Kate Forbes, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, and Helen Miller, Head of Public Appointments (Acting), Scottish Government.

5. CPG Annual Report: The Committee will consider an annual update on Cross-Party Groups' compliance with the Code of Conduct.

6. Public Appointments: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

7. Standing Order Rule Changes (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report and draft Standing Order Rule Changes in relation to the Petitions system.

8. Code of Conduct Rule Changes (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report and draft Rule changes in relation to Section 7 of the Code of Conduct.
