Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 5, 6, 7 and 8 in private and whether its consideration of Standing Order changes in relation to elected conveners and other miscellaneous and minor Standing Order changes should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Absent Voting (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Order 2026 and the Absent Voting (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 from— Graeme Dey, Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans, Iain Hockenhull, Head of Elections, and Lorraine Walkinshaw, Solicitor, Scottish Government. 3. Cross-Party Group complaint: The Committee will consider a complaint in relation to the Cross-Party Group on Credit Unions. 6. Report of the Review of Members of the Scottish Parliament Complaints Sanctions Review: The Committee will consider the report and correspondence from the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. 7. Code of Conduct: The Committee will consider a draft report and draft changes to the Code of Conduct in respect of Cross-Party Groups. 8. Lobbying (Scotland) Act: The Committee will consider proposed changes to the Lobbying (Scotland) Act.
