1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private.

2. Scottish Government social security programme: The Committee will take evidence from-
Shirley-Anne Somerville, Cabinet Secretary for Social Security and Older People, Ann McVie, Deputy Director Social Security Policy and Reserved Benefits, and Alison Byrne, Deputy Director, Social Security Programme Management and Delivery Division, Scottish Government;
David Wallace, Chief Executive, Social Security Scotland.

3. Scottish Government social security programme: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

4. Social Security Administration and Tribunal Membership (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
