3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 (SSI 2020/12); and Homeless Persons (Unsuitable Accommodation) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2020 (SSI 2020/139).
