1. Liability for NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

2. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/328) and The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.19) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/330) from—
Humza Yousaf, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Rachel Sunderland, Deputy Director, Population and Migration Division, Jamie MacDougall, Deputy Director, Test and Protect Portfolio, and Laura Duffy, Team Leader, Community Surveillance Division, Scottish Government.

3. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Humza Yousaf (Cabinet Secretary for Justice) to move—S5M-23120—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/328) be approved.

4. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Humza Yousaf (Cabinet Secretary for Justice) to move—S5M-23168—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.19) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/330) be approved.

5. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals—
Alien Species in Aquaculture, Animals, Aquatic Animal Health, Seeds and Planting Material (Legislative Functions and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 - zoonotic diseases part only, and The Food and Feed Safety and Hygiene (Miscellaneous Amendments)(EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

6. Liability for NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

7. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting on The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Information for Passengers Travelling to Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/328) and The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No.19) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/330) and its report to Parliament.
