2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny (in private): The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

3. Liability of NHS Charges (Treatment of Industrial Disease) (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
