Motion to remove a member of the Committee: S6M-17314 - That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the Parliament remove Maggie Chapman MSP from office as a member of the Committee. 2. International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 3. 5. For Women Scotland Ltd (Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers (Respondent): The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the implications of the Supreme Court Judgment. 6. Civil Legal Aid Inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider its approach to the inquiry.
