1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private.

2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will take evidence from—
Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform;
Ross Loveridge, Head of Heat Demand and Carbon Markets Unit, Alice Mitchell, Head of Carbon Markets, and Euan Page, UK Frameworks Policy Manager, Constitution and UK Relations Division, Scottish Government.
on a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal: The Ozone Depleting Substances and Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases (Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider the evidence heard.
