on proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals: the Detergents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; the Waste and Environmental Permitting etc (Legislative Functions and Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; the Chemicals (Health and Safety) and Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; and the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
2. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.

3. Green recovery inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report.

4. Budget Scrutiny 2021-22 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on the Scottish Government's Budget 2021-22.
