1. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will take evidence from—

on proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals: the Detergents (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; the Waste and Environmental Permitting etc (Legislative Functions and Amendment etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; the Chemicals (Health and Safety) and Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020; and the REACH etc. (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.
