1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5, 6, and 7 and all future consideration of its approach, evidence and reports on Covid-19 and green recovery, Regional Marine Planning and the Scottish Government Budget 2021/22 in private at future meetings.
2. UK Environment Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will take evidence on legislative consent memorandum LCM-S5-39 from—
Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform;
Don McGillivray, Deputy Director, Environmental Quality and Circular Economy, Ailsa Heine, Solicitor, Directorate for Legal Services, and Charles Stewart Roper, Environmental Strategy and Governance Unit, Scottish Government.
3. Covid-19 and a green recovery: The Committee will take evidence from-

4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
