1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 4, 5 and 6 in private.

2. Instruments subject to the made affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—HealthProtection (Coronavirus) (Restrictions) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 4)Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/182)

3. Instruments subject to negative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Glasgow Caledonian University Amendment Order of Council 2020 (SSI 2020/172); Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2020 (SSI 2020/175); Plant Health (Official Controls and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/176)

4. Civil Partnership (Scotland) Bill : The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

5. Quarterly report: The Committee will consider a draft quarterly report for the parliamentary quarter from 26 February 2020 to 9 May 2020.

6. Work programme: The Committee will consider its approach to developing its work programme.
