5. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—

6. Environment Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Environment Bill (UK Parliament legislation).

7. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 12 May 2019 to 11 May 2020.
