3. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Legal Aid and Advice and Assistance (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/draft)

4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following—
Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Act 2018 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2020 (SSI 2020/167 (C.16)); Marking of Creels (Scotland) Order 2020 (SSI 2020/168)

5. Animals and Wildlife (Penalties, Protections and Powers) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2.

6. Scottish Government Reporting on Coronavirus Acts: The Committee will consider the Scottish Government’s 'The Coronavirus Acts: Two Monthly Report to Scottish Parliament' published on 9 June 2020.

7. Quarterly report: The Committee will consider a draft quarterly report for the parliamentary quarter from 4 December 2019 to 25 February 2020.
