FAIs/Deaths in custody: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Scottish Government. 5. Member's Bills (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda items 2 and 3. 6. Member's Bills (in private): The Committee will consider draft calls for views for the Member's Bills considered earlier under agenda items 2 and 3. 7. Challenges facing businesses and vulnerable individuals in Scotland from the risks of cybercrime: The Committee will consider its approach following the oral evidence session of 14 May 2025. 8. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will consider its approach to Pre-Budget Scrutiny for 2026/27.
