Liam Kerr To ask the Scottish Government for what reason the constitution secretary reportedly referred to the statistic that Scotland has 25% of Europe’s offshore wind resources at a meeting with European delegates on 4 October and in newspaper columns of 17 and 18 October 2022, in light of an email indicating that officials had advised that the statistic was inaccurate on 28 September 2022.
