Subordinate legislation: Shirley-Anne Somerville (Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice) to move—S6M-13481—That the Social Justice and Social Security Committee recommends that the Proposed Revised Social Security Charter be approved. 6. The Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 7. Housing (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a further approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. 8. Subordinate legislation (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report on the Carer’s Assistance (Carer Support Payment) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024. 9. Correspondence: The Committee will consider a response to a letter from the Public Audit Committee on the Auditor General for Scotland's draft work programme.
